We have some incredible news to share: Aporia has been acquired by Coralogix. This moment represents the culmination of years of relentless effort, vision, and determination—qualities that fueled our founding in 2019 and propelled us through every challenge we’ve tackled since.

Our mission from the start has been to make AI more transparent, secure, and dependable. Aporia’s products, guardrails and observability, have empowered engineers around the world daily with and helped them buildmore transparent, secure, and reliable AI products. Our mission has always been to ensure organizations can trust and safeguard their AI systems, allowing them to innovate with confidence.

By joining forces with Coralogix, we’re elevating this mission. Together, we are establishing Coralogix AI, a dedicated R&D center focused on continuing to improve guardrails and observability, building more great products and solving the industry’s most pressing challenges: from transparency and security to monitoring, governance, and control. Our work will not only continue—it will grow, thrive, and push the boundaries of what AI can achieve responsibly.

“This acquisition is a significant step for us. Using Aporia’s technology and expertise, hundreds of AI teams already using Coralogix today will be able to enjoy high-quality visibility, protection, and control over their AI systems.” said Coralogix CEO Ariel Assaraf. CTO Yoni Farin added, “This expansion strengthens Coralogix’s commitment to taking our AI strategy and delivering the best tech to our customers. Our new research center will foster AI innovation and collaboration, providing our clients with the tools and environment needed to drive the future of AI systems.”

“Aporia has always been dedicated to helping organizations trust and safeguard their AI systems,” said Liran Hason. “Joining Coralogix as Coralogix AI allows us to accelerate our mission of delivering security, reliability, and transparency to AI deployments globally.”

This is a watershed moment. It marks the transition from one chapter of our journey into a bigger story, one in which the combined expertise and resources of both Aporia and Coralogix set new standards for what AI can achieve. We couldn’t be more proud or more eager to show the world what’s next.

To our community, thank you. None of this would be possible without the trust, support, and feedback of our incredible community. You’ve fueled our journey, guided our product roadmap, and inspired our vision for what AI can be. As we evolve into Coralogix AI, we remain committed to our vision and can’t wait to show you what’s next.

Our journey is just beginning, and together, we’ll build a brighter, safer, and more inspiring future for AI.
